Week 87 Corozal, Belize-March 27, 2017

I broke some rules but it wasn't my fault. Repented anyway

Hey! this week was tiring! We had zone conference on Friday so we had to get up at 4 AM! Then, we had interviews after and only made it for the last bus back to Corozal at 7:30. So, we got back into our house at about 11:30! Never saw the sun that day in Corozal haha. It was brutal. But the meeting and interviews were great! President Adams challenged us all to read the Book of Mormon in 90 days or less and to mark every reference to Jesus Christ, His words, His attributes, and references to principles and ordinances of the gospel. The challenge is more clearly seen at the end of Chapter 5 of Preach My Gospel under the Mission President section. It's a really cool challenge! I've already started! If youre interested at all go out and get a clean copy of the Book of Mormon (ask the missionaries if necessary) and get to it! It's been really fun and interesting so far. Saturday morning we worked the entire morning cleaning up a member's yard. It was hard work! I even got a blister! Haha consequence of having some soft man-hands. It was really fun though and we might (I hope) do it again this week! Okay well conference is coming up this next weekend so you all needa watch! Have a question or questions ready and they will be answered! I promise! Okay I love you all and hope you have a great week!

Week 86 Corozal, Belize-March 20, 2017

Dusty

Hey! This week was good! It's dusty in Corozal. And it's windy so there is dust everywhere! But that's the least of our worries. Things have been goin good here in Corozal Town. We had a fairly normal week. We had a semi-surprise trip to make to Belize City on Tuesday for a meeting. There are two new senior couple missionaries in Belize. The Flakes and the Adams. They're both really great! This coming week we will have interviews and a Multizone. We are just busy all the time. Keep praying for our investigators. I'll keep praying for you! I love you all and hope you have a great week!

Week 85 Corozal, Belize-March 13, 2017

I haven't taken pictures in like a month...

Hey! I will take pictures this week I promise. Or maybe steal some pictures from other people today or something because I havent taken my camera out too much recently...but the work is goin good! Last week we had meetings and interchanges. I got to work here in Corozal with Elder Hendricks from Idaho! He's a cool kid. He's still pretty new to the mission (soon to complete 6 months). But we had a great couple of days here. We are still fightin with some investigators to get them to church and just trying to really help people out. It's a truth that literally everyone has some problem in their life and that the gospel and namely Jesus Christ is the solution. People just need to understand that! Okay I need to go do a lot of things today so short and sweet today. Love you guys! Have a great week!

Week 84 Corozal, Belize-March 6, 2017

It's about that time

So guys! this past week was great! there were some unfortunate things that happened yesterday and our investigators werent able to make it to church the morning of. bummer. but theyre still great so keep praying for them for us please! so i have realized more and more how crazy busy these mondays are getting. I guess the more time on the mission means the more quickly time goes. including writing time! so this may be the first of several (from now on) quick and simple weekly emails. sorry! but just know the area is awesome. the branch is awesome. everyone is great. there are families here that i am just in love with that i wish you all could meet. i promise i will try to make a better email next week! but i love you all and hope you have an outstanding week!
